This explanation of our privacy policy covers the nature, scope and purpose of the compilation and use of personal data on the portal: portal.startupstreetart.eu (hereafter referred to as ‘portal’).
This portal is for “St’Art UP” project – ‘Building Pathways for Street-Art to Foster Inclusive Resilience and Enterprise through Creativity’ with Project number: 2020-1-R0001-KA227-12B1572A, which has been funded with support from the European Commission, with the support of the Erasmus+ programme of the European Union.
The body responsible for all personal data compiled on this portal (unless this privacy policy explanation states otherwise) is the consortium of the project:

Information We Collect & How We Use It
We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our portal, create an account, fill out a form, respond to a survey, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our portal. We collect the data you provide when creating an account, such as name and email. We also collect data about your activity on the site, including any contributions that you make.
We don’t make money from ads. So we don’t collect data in order to advertise to you. We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the portal, tracking learners' progress and creating reports for the Project's National Agency's reports. By using the portal, you agree to the collection and use of information per this policy.
We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our portal.
We do not sell, trade, or rent Users ‘personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the above purposes.
Log Data
We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our portal. This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our portal that you visit, the time and date of your visit, and the time spent on those pages and other statistics. This data is not merged with other personal data which you actively enter whilst using the portal. The IP addresses are anonymised immediately at the earliest possible stage of the collection network.

This Privacy Policy is effective as of August 1st, 2022 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
